Daulah Islamiyah Phaluhm is an islamist insurgent group involved in the Phaluhm Muslim Crisis. They are rumored to be founded in response to, or splintering from the Islamic Front's involvement in peace talks with the government. They have been around since at least 2009.
DIP is a vocal opponent of Prime Minister Royna Nehgyen and vows to get rid of her and other infidels who tarnish the great Islamic religion. Abdul Rahman is believed to be the leader, or at least an important member of the group.
- 23 October 2015: detonated a car bomb aimed at killing the mayor of Kota Kambular. He was seriously injured but not killed, though two of his security guards did die, as did a newspaper vendor.
- 9 November 2015: Politician Efren Aguinaldo was shot at and seriously wounded while giving a campaign speech
