Islatealla is a buisness district and barangay of Dauham Sammar Hazaham. It is named after the sultantate's wife Ibly Islatealla. It is one of the seven places that still mention the sultan in the name after 1979. It is mainly offices and shops. The state government of Nazahezan is also headquatered in Isla Tower, and many government departments are also here (but the Department of Energy is in Kahal Kampular)
In 1986, Islatealla houses was demolished to make way for Phaluhm Global City initative. It was to turn Dauham Sammar Hazaham into a commercial buisness city, by making important trade routes around Asia and elsewhere. This sparked a protest against the initative.
The first skyscrapers apeared in Islatealla at 1987. By then it was an important buisness district.
