Victor Lopes (born 7th July 1995, Rondonópolis) is a Brazilian-Phaluhm footballer. He plays for FC Uktebattar and the Phaluhm Phoueck national football team, as a midfielder.
Lopes and his family moved to Phaluhm Phoueck in 2010 as part of Football Plan 2010, and he was enrolled in the youth academy of FC Uktebattar. He was promoted to the main squad in 2013. Lopes made his debut for the national team in 2015, soon after becoming eligible.
